SMS Terms & Conditions

Effective September 12, 2026. These terms govern the Recon Real Estate Lead Follow-Up text messaging program ("Program") operated by Recon Real Estate ("Recon," "we," "us"), 211 S 2nd Street, Clarksville, TN 37040. Program messages are sent from (931) 410-6515.

1. Program description

When you submit a request on recon-realestate.com and opt in to texts, we send you conversational, one-to-one text messages about that request: an automated confirmation that we received it and a question to help us point you right, follow-up from a licensed Recon agent, showing and tour coordination, PCS timeline help, home-value and rental-analysis results, and answers to questions you text us. The Program is customer care and account follow-up for a request you made. We do not send bulk promotional blasts.

2. How you opt in

You opt in by checking an unchecked consent box on a Recon web form before you submit it, or by texting START or YES to (931) 410-6515. The consent box reads: "Yes, text me about my request. I agree to receive text messages from Recon Real Estate at the number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. Consent is not a condition of purchase." Links to these SMS Terms and our Privacy Policy appear directly under the box. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services. By opting in you confirm you are the owner or authorized user of the phone number you provided and that you are at least 18 years old.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies by conversation. You will typically receive one automated confirmation message per request, followed only by replies to messages you send us or coordination for something you asked about. Recurring messages are not sent on a schedule.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier apply to every message sent or received. Recon does not charge for Program messages.

5. How to opt out (STOP)

Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You will receive one final confirmation message: "You're unsubscribed from Recon Real Estate texts. No more messages will be sent. Reply START to rejoin." After that we will not send you further Program messages unless you opt in again by texting START or YES to (931) 410-6515 or by checking the consent box on a new form. STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT are all honored.

6. How to get help (HELP)

Reply HELP to any message and you will receive: "Recon Real Estate Lead Follow-Up: conversational texts about your request. Msg&data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Reply STOP to cancel. 7. Supported carriers

The Program is available on major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and their subsidiaries and MVNOs. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.

8. Privacy

Your phone number and your opt-in record are stored with your request. We do not sell your mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Sharing with subcontractors that support the Program, such as our text messaging and CRM providers, is permitted only to deliver the service. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy.
