About Recon · Veteran-owned · Clarksville, TN

Built by a Soldier and a spouse
for the families who come next.

Recon Real Estate is a husband-and-wife brokerage in Clarksville built for Fort Campbell families. One of us spent twenty years in the Army. The other has spent years holding down the home front through those moves. We built the company we wished existed on our own orders.

Why we built Recon

Keep more of your equity. Move with confidence.

We bridge the gap between for-sale-by-owner and traditional real estate. The mission is simple: help Soldiers and their families keep more of their hard-earned equity, move with confidence, and build wealth through real estate.

Honest advice

Even when it's not the easy answer. Sometimes that means "don't sell yet." We'll say it.

Your long-term wealth first

Every recommendation is measured against where you'll be in ten years, not what closes this month.

Options, not one product

Full service, flat-fee, by owner, or rent it out. Pick the level that fits your situation.

Plain language

No jargon, no runaround, and a human who picks up the phone from wherever you're calling.

The team

Two people. Both licensed. Both been through it.

Eddie Hutchinson

Twenty-year U.S. Army veteran turned real estate broker. Sixty months deployed, three years in Iraq and two in Afghanistan, with duty at Fort Campbell, Fort Bragg, Fort Drum, and JBLM among others. Seven PCS moves of his own.

Nearly a decade in real estate across multiple states, now serving Clarksville and East Tennessee: VA buyers, listings, relocations, and the FSBO-style hybrid model that helps families save thousands when they sell.

What we've built

More than a brokerage

Recon is a system of owned pieces that feed each other. Every one of them exists because a PCS family needed it and nobody had built it.
